Archive builders has nineteen years of document imaging and document management experience in reviewing customer sites, writing proposals and RFP’s (Requests for Proposal), and designing, marketing, and presenting document imaging, records management, and archive management systems.
Industry application document management experience includes: aerospace, banking, manufacturing, natural resources, petroleum refining, transportation, energy, federal, state, and local government, civil engineering, legal and medical records management, utilities, entertainment, records centers and archives, non-profit development, and education. Document forms include bi-tonal black and white, gray-scale, computer color, process color, full color, audio annotation, microfilm, fiche, aperture cards, punch cards, fanfolded greenbar paper, multipart forms, COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk), optical disks, tape, and RAID (Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks). Document formats include large format engineering drawings, map books, land records, geographic information systems, photogrammetry, script proposals and transcribed scripts, audio-video archives, loan applications, Bates numbered discovery materials, medical charts, genealogical records, newspapers, four color brochures, and documents created on computers using office application suites including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation graphics.
Document reproduction product marketing experience includes large format, high resolution monochrome laser printers, computer color video display, full video display and editing, and full color ink and toner on paper.
